Glenn E. Newcomer is the President and owner of Newcomer Remodeling, Inc. He began Newcomer Remodeling over 25 years ago as a sole proprietorship.  Glenn is an experienced designer and craftsman and because of his attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service, the company has continued to grow over the years. NRI was incorporated in 1998. Glenn is married and has four sons and one daughter.

                                                                                                                                                        Jim Radford is the Project Manager for NRI. Jim operated his own business for 19 years and has been in the contracting business for over 34 years. Jim is married, has three daughters and lives in Catlin. In his spare time Jim serves his Lord Jesus however he is called and he also hunts world-wide for the Hunting Lease TV show.

 

Richard Ward is a Lead Carpenter. He is experienced in all areas of remodeling and has owned and maintained rental properties. Rich takes the lead on many of our jobs. Rich is married, has two children and lives in Waverly, NY.

 

                                                                                                                                        Lynn Silsbee is a Lead Carpenter with over 43 years of experience.  Lynn is single, has an adult daughter and he lives in Emira, NY.  When he's not working Lynn enjoys NASCAR and hunting.

 

                                                                                                                                                                                      Bill Radford is a Lead Carpenter with over 38 years of experience. Bill is a Southern Tier native and is single with two adult sons. Bill enjoys woodworking, hunting & fishing. He is also the brother of Jim Radford our Project Manager.

 

William Everett is a crewmember. He is hardworking, a quick learner and a very capable carpenter.  Will is married, has one daughter and lives in Elmira, NY. 

 

Titus Newcomer is a full time student with excellent computer skills. Titus works with NRI as a part-time designer and is Glenn & Lisa's son.

 

D. Lisa Newcomer is the corporate secretary and is also responsible for accounts payable and payroll.  She is Glenn's wife and is co-owner of NRI. Lisa has been an integral part of NRI for 20 years as well as caring for their 5 children and household responsibilities.

 

Harold Lefever operated his own business in Connecticut for 10 years and has been involved in residential remodeling for 20 years. Harold and his wife, Joyce, have three children and six grandchildren. Harold is actively involved in a local church and enjoys traveling to encourage missionaries.
